What We Do
Selection
Creative Carpets and more's boutique style showroom contains a full selection of floor covering materials such as carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, cork and tile flooring. Due to the limited square footage in the showroom, we ensure that all products we display are of the highest quality and readily available.
Whether you make your selections on your own, or take advantage of our interior decorating service, all samples can be taken to your home for final approval.
Estimates
Following the selection of your flooring, a Creative Carpets sales associate will visit your home to start the estimate process. While in your home, your sales associate will perform tasks such as measuring, sub-floor inspection, air humidity readings, sub-floor moisture readings, etc. Your sales associate will take this information and prepare a detailed estimate of your flooring project. This estimate will be broken down into the individual components that go into supplying and installing your flooring to avoid miscommunications on what we are and are not doing in your house. The next step is yours.
Installation
Creative Carpets offers professional installation of all flooring surfaces it sells. The Creative Carpet installation team consists of a mixture of employees and sub-contractors. All sub-contractors that Creative hires have been working with us for at least three years and are true professionals in their field. All sub-contractors have to pass our inspection of workmanship before being a regular sub-contractor for Creative Carpets.
One thing that we have learned over the years that even when demand is high, the quality of installation should never be compromised. With this in mind, we have chosen to keep our installation team to a small group of professionals who can handle the detailed and custom work that our customers demand.
